Shelly Crocker is the founding member and managing partner of Crocker Law Group PLLC. She practices in the areas of reorganization, insolvency, and bankruptcy issues.
Her practice frequently involves intellectual property transactions. She also appears regularly in state court receivership proceedings, representing receivers and creditors seeking receiverships. Ms. Crocker is active in a number of legal and civic organizations, and a frequent speaker at seminars. She has been named among the Top 50 Women Lawyers and a Super Lawyer by Washington Law and Politics magazine for several years, and was recently named a top lawyer by Chambers USA and Seattle Magazine. Ms. Crocker is a contributing author to Collier Bankruptcy Practice Guide. Prior to founding CLG, Ms. Crocker practiced in the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Group of Perkins Coie. She also served as law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Durham, Washington State Supreme Court.
In addition to her many volunteer activities, Ms. Crocker enjoys family camping trips, gardening, and cooking. She is an avid fiction reader in the little spare time that remains.
