Thao Nguyen is a certified paralegal, certified bankruptcy assistant, and an integral part of the Crocker Law Group team.
In almost 15 years with the firm, she has assisted corporate and individual debtors in preparing the financial reporting, claim information and document preparation required by the Bankruptcy Court. She works directly, at times on site, with a business’ accounting staff to obtain the historical financial information and to establish ongoing systems to fulfill bankruptcy reporting obligations. While Ms. Nguyen has used her expertise to prepare bankruptcy schedules for a corporation with over $250 million in debt and over a thousand creditors, she finds equal satisfaction in working with individuals experiencing financial difficulty. She manages most of the Chapter 11 cases that come through the firm. Ms. Nguyen is active in numerous civic organizations. She is fascinated by the annals of true crime.
