Receiverships
In keeping with our philosophy of finding creative solutions for our clients’ difficulties, Crocker Law Group has developed an active receivership practice and we are considered by our peers to be a leader in this area.
We are adept at utilizing the receivership procedures available in state court to benefit either creditors or debtors seeking a more efficient insolvency proceeding than the bankruptcy process. Additionally, we work closely with several individuals who can act as a court-appointed receiver, and have broad experience representing those individuals.
Further, Shelly Crocker has acted as a court-appointed receiver and a Chapter 11 Trustee and welcomes engagements in that role. As a receiver, she weighs the interests of the parties and looks for a solution that will bring the most benefit to the estate.
